All too often, bad things happen to good people. Sometimes, this means they must give up their pets. If they are wise and loving, they will turn that pet over to a rescue group devoted to safe, responsible rehoming through thorough investigations of prospective adopters.

If you need to find a new home for your Bichon purebred, mix or wannabe please let us do the work. We have experience screening applicants and helping new guardians work through any adjustment problems that arise. Also, our contract requires that the dog be returned to our foster homes if the placement fails, so your dog will never end up in a kill shelter or medical lab.

Tell us!

Please be honest in answering questions about your dog. If there are behavior issues involved, we may be able to help you resolve them without losing your pet. At least, we can place the dog with a foster home experienced in solving the problem.

If there are medical problems to be addressed, please get us the vet records so we are spared the expense of testing before treatment. Tell us about allergies, medications and special food needs. We will provide all that is needed to keep your pet healthy and happy.

If/when we arrange to take your pet, please make the adjustment easier by bringing toys, beds, leashes, food, dishes and treats; i.e., their "stuff".

This will make them feel more secure.
